- A three-story stone castle with wooden balconies and high towers is one of the top ten luxury hotels in Georgia – expensive, spectacular, with its own winery, jamon, swimming pools, spas, restaurants, conference rooms. A very decent hotel in terms of the level of service and the mentality of the staff. This is the only hotel with a real industrial wine production, which is especially valuable; it produces wine for sale, which can be bought in Tbilisi stores. The owners went even further and began producing their own jamon. This is the first jamon in the history of Georgia.

– 3 swimming pools (heated pool 6×20 m, pool 4×33 m and indoor heated pool with massagers 3.5×9.5 m)

- Own production and storage of wine – 25 thousand – 35 thousand kg of grapes, about 50,000 bottles. Number of staff: 4 people. According to the legislation of Georgia, licenses are not required. Half of the wine produced sales on the local market, the rest export to Russia and the USA in partnership with a well-known export-import company in the market.
- Important: there are own 100 kW solar power plant, a 300-kW diesel generator, own gas line, an autonomous water well with a production of 10 tons per hour, own sewer system with a sanitary block for 30 tons, own drip irrigation system for the landscape.
- Occupancy rate: 65–75% in the high season from April to October and 35–54% in the low season from November to March. The average daily room rate is 100–140 euros.
- Near the estate there are many attractions from the Middle Ages: temples, monasteries and even a castle, horseback riding tours, wine tastings and karaoke evenings.
